Eight Palestine protesters – not found guilty of any crime, yet imprisoned without trial, most for over a year now – treated as terrorist in prison, their rights trampled. Local Campaign – Demand Criminal Investigation Into Elbit Systems UK
The third phase of the campaign demanding a criminal investigation into Elbit Systems UK is now underway. This comes after the community letter was hand-delivered three weeks ago, but has yet to receive a response. During this phase, local groups nationwide will deliver the letter to their local police stations, calling for a criminal investigation. Together, we aim to build strong grassroots pressure on the police to investigate Elbit Systems UK for war crimes and to halt the proposed new £2bn contract with the MoD.

75 organisations representing a cross section of the community – including human rights groups, religious organisations, unions, healthcare workers, campaign groups, and a well-known music band, have united to urge the police to investigate Elbit Systems UK for war crimes. This comes after the police ignored letters from more than 1,000 concerned citizens making the same demand.
